Just finished a 800 Mi. towing a 7K lb travel trailer. i have a good load distribution hitch but still the Tundra sits just a little low in the rear all loaded up. On my previous F150 i aired up the rear overloads to level it out and it made big difference in the chucking motion and improved sway a bit. Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a rear air spring upgrade? potential actual experience with use and install?

I have airlift 5000. Installation is very straight forward and it works great. It did give the rear of my truck lift, but I was lifting anyways. Handles heavy load well at the push of a button.20241105_112405.jpg 20241105_112311.jpg

Thanks for the input, this looks like exactly what i want. What do you have for an air compressor that gives you the touch of a button control?

I have the airlift compressor. Thinking of changing it out with arb and a solenoid to have a multi use compressor. If I were to do it again this is the direction I would go, but the airlift kit works great for an all in one kit.

These kinds of posts make me appreciate my oem load leveling system even more.

Airbags are great but come with a price (besides $): you will lose some articulation and possibly tear the bag if you get into off-road gnar.

On my Tacoma TRD I installed airbag cradles so the bag could lift off the leaf spring. I don’t think there is a similar solution for the 3-gen Tundra.

I hate it when my bag tears :(

i think i am going with the e trailer kit for the airlift 5000 ultimate with the internal bumpers.

They have Gen 3 Tundra cradles now?

If so I stand corrected and might have to rethink my suspension upgrades
