I had to get my front cats removed due to the front drivers side cat being in pieces on the inside and after doing this, I’ve had a check engine, light and terrible gas mileage. Is there anything I can do to remove the check engine light and have the right air fuel ratio? I’ve seen people say on the O2 sensors, but I was wondering if that just remove the check engine light and still has a bad air fuel ratio or if that fixes the air fuel ratio.

    Too many mods to come
You will need the front cats or a tune modified accordingly. The only cats you can remove without issue is are the rears as those are after the 02 sensors

    Imma keep it stock
Did you cut the cat short of the rear heated 02, as in the rear O2 is still reading inside the exhaust? If so, you can get an 02 sensor fouler / spacer to raise the sensor out of the exhaust and that may settle down the ECM. Ultimately, you'll need to replace the cats.
