Ok I have been having some very serious issues with my mighty steed, I mean truck. And its very possible an a$$hol3, I mean unreasonable person has changed out a module in the truck. I can access the CAN bus and dump files, but need a dbc file to make any use of it. The truck is a 2010 4.6l Tundra. thanks ahead of time.

What are you looking for the in the CAN data? You will not ever find a factory dbc file, Toyota and every other OEM keeps them tightly under wraps.

So I have been learning about how secure those wraps are. What I am looking for is any sign of non-original code in the can traffic. I have been reading, and trying to learn a bit about this, and it seems possible to upload information to the ECM through the CAN and play havoc with systems like battery charging. Ignition, and creating false sensor data. PS: Rest assured I do not posses the skills to do this on my own. I am only looking to prove it has been done.

You could take it in, have the ECM reflashed, log again, and look for outliers. You still won't know what was being broadcast, but you'd have proof.

I haven't used TechStream yet, so if you wanted to DIY this, you could also check if reflashing is an option there.
