Yes. Like @T-Rex266 said, check the manual but a few things I would recommend if you haven’t serviced them before or recently:

    Differentials and transfer case
    Air and cabin filters
Coolant exchange (use genuine Toyota coolant not a universal coolant)
Power steering fluid (don’t have to do a complete drain and fill, just turkey Baste the reservoir and refill)
Transmission drain and fill (I don’t like flushes just drain and fill)
    Brake fluid flush
    PCV valve
Grease driveshaft zerk fittings if your truck has them (they deleted them on later years)

    Check and possibly replace:
    spark plugs
    Serpentine belt and tensioners
Blinker fluid (there’s a great write up posted recently here on the site)
    Muffler bearings

    I’m sure I missed a few things.

Not quite the same mileage, but I'm taking mine on a 2,200 mile round trip here next week.
I'm in a 2021 with about 47,000 miles. I got the differential fluids changed about 35k and I'm planning on swapping oil (currently at about 3k), new cabin and intake filters before the trip.
I'll have brand new tires for it. I may/will probably do a coolant flush. I'm going to check the pads but they were at about half life at diff fluid change.
    Is there anything I'm missing?

Check your spare tire. How old is your battery? Do you have a jump box? Take a spare jug of ww fluid.

Thanks - I'm still on the OG battery, and it stays in a somewhat heated garage. The battery died for the first time last month after I accidentally drained it in accessory power mode. I jumped it and voltage has been normal since, I don't drive many trips under 10 minutes so it stays charged fine. I have a nice jump box just in case. I'll double check the spare while I'm under it for the oil. I'm headed to BFE Kansas so battery could be a good idea since there isn't much between here and there.
