Unfortunately, or not...depending on how you look at it, I spend most of my time behind a desk now and leave the high-speed stuff to the younger guys.

I'm pretty much M-F 0630-1500 and enjoy not being tied to my phone when I'm off. Got another 4-day weekend starting in about 30min

Not sure about the first two but I'm positive this is "Doom Metal":

Doom metal is slow, low (typically down tuned) and heavy, with lots of dark and psychedelic themes, such as Satan, witches and wizards and the like. Think early Black Sabbath.

I don't know as much about the others as I'm not particularly into them (or any of the "cores"). Death metal is very aggressive, with very harsh vocals.

 

Just remember all caps when you spell the man name.

I, personally, am not a huge death metal fan. Although I do like some of it. When people hear music I listen to they automatically classify it as death metal and it’s easier to just agree with them than try to explain deathcore.

Deathcore fuses the energy of hardcore and metalcore with the challenging instrumentals and explicit lyrics of death metal. It's characterized by blast beats, breakdowns, and death metal riffs, and may also include guitar solos and metalcore-influenced riffs. Deathcore is known for its guttural vocals and frequent instrumental breakdowns. The breakdowns are kind of what separates it from death metal.

moshing styles are also completely different.

 

As more of a thrash metal genre listener this helps me understand the perspective. I've always been a strait up bpm guy though. Probably why I like bluegrass, thrash and DNB and punk so much. I love that fast paced 187bpm to get me really jived up.
