These look like 2nd Gen Rock warriors? Maybe a look alike? Adapters? Or 2nd Gen hubs? Did Toyota ever make 6 lug rock warriors? Aside from the Tacoma/FJ wheels @rrod just posted

OK, now that I have my studded tires on T4R wheels, I need a set of lug nuts. Anyone know the best option? Overpay for OEM?

I run the faux beadlocks with my summer tires. I might be able to just re-use those? But it might be nice to have non-locking lug nuts on the snows since they are studded so I'm more likely to swap 'em out on an as-needed basis?

Look on craigslist and marketplace for people selling OEM wheels, 9 times outta 10 they got a box of stock lug nuts they will sell for $20
I have 2 or 3 sets of OEM lug nuts that i never paid for. Normally people will give them to you to get them out of their way.

What lug nut you need depends on the seat inside the hole. Will the lug nut rest agaist a flat surface, or is it a conical seat?

If conical, that's the type of nut you need. If flat, you need lugs with flats. Granted, with steelies you need a slightly different, but that's clearly an alloy wheel.

I actually have a set of 22mm acorns from when I ran snows on steelies back in the day. I still have a steelie spare on the '05, so I keep the acorns around for that guy. I know the OEM ones work fine in a pinch but kinda like having the right nuts, nomesame?

I think I want new OEM but looks like $100+ for 24 of those, hmm.

i have enough spares to get them mounted up but just wanted a nice new set. The blacks are the nicest of my spares but I think they will clash.

    FYI:
Conical aftermarket for us, or if using different mfg wheels.
    Mag is OEM.
    Ball seat is Honda OEM.

I'm no expert but I do own 7 sets of Toyota wheels (owned 8 till a little while ago) and they are all mag nuts. Which is standard FGT/Tacoma lugs till the 14MM stuff in recent times, yeah?

Just kinda want a nice new set of OEM quality silvers I think, gotta decide if I'm gonna drop real money or just go aftermarket?

I know this, I am not as dumb as I look :)

The q's are part numbers / where to buy (dealer?) / oem vs aftermarket and I have both so I know OEM comes in both short and long.

Seems like everyone DGAF's on these?

I ended up finding some OEM takeoffs on eBay. I think 10 for $30 or so? I guess some dealerships like to take the OEM wheels off and throw on aftermarket ones to charge more?

When my Tacoma got totaled I made sure to rescue my Trail Edition wheels. Finally got around to putting them on the Tundra.

My 4runner had a sidewall puncture so it got a new set of tires. I swapped the TRD pro wheels from my Tundra at the same time. These are early 5th Gen 4runner trail edition wheels with 285/75r17 toyo r/t's

Those RT’s were tempting, but I ended up going AT3. The RTs are the only sl/xl 275/70/17. But they’re pretty luggy for my use…

Going to look at and hopefully take home these wheels tomorrow. I'm not sure if these are from a taco or a 4 runner and I don't think the seller knows (they don't speak English either). They're selling for $200, in case they dont have the lug nuts, and if anyone can ID what these came off from looking, will my OEM acorn lug nuts on OEM patrick style wheels work?

Also, anything else I should know or look for when going to check out in person based on whats observed in these pics?

    Probably not acorns.

You will know based on what you see on the wheels. If it is alloy and the inside edge is flat you need these, the lug nuts with the flat spinny washer part. Is that what the starfish use?

Yes. The mating surface is flat, just as your Patrick lugs are flat. Here's a link to the black ones I'm running https://a.co/d/hjcJg80
