Just got new HD rear springs from ATS installed on my 04 AC. Ordered the HD Spring kit with all the hardware and bushings 20250104_110643.jpg 20250104_110656.jpg 20250104_110724.jpg . Had it done at a nearby shop. Should have only taken about 3 hours turned into 5 hours due to whoever at ATS when they put the "kit" together, they packaged it with the shackles on the wrong ends.
Anyway, the truck sits and rides good. Has a slight front rake to it unloaded but sits level w/ 20psi in airbags and about 500 lbs extra weight when going camping.

Any pictures of what all came in the kit? Is it just that big beefy leaf added on the bottom of the stack? And then some additional hardware?

Looks great! How do you like the ride of those springs so far?

Rides good and smooth so far. Haven't re-installed rear Hellwig swaybar yet but seems to be as stiff in the rear without it. Will install swaybar later and see how it does.

Right on. I was just curious. Quite a few of here have the ATS HD's. I like how they ride and respond. I rarely ever have a load on them, though. Ymmv.

As it's sitting in the pic, it has about 260 lbs of auxiliary batteries in the bed sitting 2 ft in front of the rear axle and 10psi in the airbags. unloaded

    What's your front suspension setup?

I need new rear springs and I'm leaning toward HD. Undecided on how high to go in the front.

The airbags were on it when I bought it about 7 years ago but have been replaced with new ones.
Just have 1" spacers on the front, otherwise stock setup.

Nice. Surprising that's all you've got up front. I hardly see any rake. Guess the weight in the back has something to do with that.

Maybe I can get away with HD rear springs and OME 2883s up front.
