    Some.
I will note that you should also check with whatever insurance you plan to use. They may require a class A cdl to have coverage.

Yea on the insurance, I am a broker so I know.

There is a few reasons that I wanted to look and see if I can get into this field, being my own boss is one, I know it was bound to come with a lot of troubles, and right now my health ain't exactly where I want it to be, so I will let this one sit for a bit, while I ponder on it some more.

For the record, I almost had a Class A CDL, but the company fired the whole logistic team in one go, so I left and was unable to continue the training as well as the test.
Otherwise, it would be pretty badass to have.

So the buddy I was referencing earlier purchased 4 different tow trucks/flatbeds. He put each tow truck in a separate business to increase call volume on the rotation.

One of his trucks cost 5k, needed a little work and is probably into it for 7k. That truck has been making money after a couple months after ROI. The other ones cost considerably more, but they have been making money with them and his guys are paid well.

No doubt, the need for tow trucks are actually on the rise, due to Texas doing away with annual inspection, meaning more chances of breaking down by the side of the road. Also, some higher end and classic cars are requesting tow to and from location, so the money is there, just whether you wanna do it or not. I have a work buddy that is willing to do this with me, but we need some main job to sustain us until this turns around and we can quit full time
