I have a 2000 tundra 4.7, it stalled out after idling fine then putting it in gear chugged and stalled out. Ran code reader, O2 sensor bank 2 no1 bad. Changed O2 sensor and still will not start, turns over but does not fire. Battery died in cold weather waiting for delivery of O2 sensor so now all codes that were in memory are gone. Cleaned throttle body still no starting.
    Any Thoughts?

Engines require 3 things to run: Fuel, air, and spark. What you describe sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me. Get your battery to full charge, or get a new one (sounds like this is also a problem), spray some starting fluid in the intake and see if it starts and runs. I could be wrong, but a failed O2 sensor is not going to prohibit the truck from running. It will throw a code and CEL, but it should run. Start here and report back.

Battery took a good charge and is very strong, sprayed SF in intake and it coughed but did not start, sprayed it twice with same outcome.

So not a fuel delivery issue, likely spark, or timing.

Did you test for spark? Did you verify the timing belt is intact, which needs to be changed at least every 100k/10 years?

When was the last time the timing belt was done? And have you checked to make sure the crank position sensor wire is intact?

Did you check all fuses, under the hood, and in the cab?

Is the MAF harness intact, and no issues with the two temperature sending units (the green one is important) on the passenger side of the throttle body?

Get the known problems sorted first. Make sure the battery is good, not just charged back up. Make sure you replace both upstream and downstream O2 sensors with OEM / Denso equivalent. Then see if you still have issues. We are all assuming that the only things that are wrong is what you put in your original post. If there is more pertinent info such as recent repairs or troubles running, please share those as well. Helpful to know if you've had the truck for many years and have faithfully maintained it, or if you just bought it and don't know the maintenance history.

Did you have a friend help with this? Due to the rapid evaporation rate of starting fluid, you might only get a "cough" by the time you get back into the cab to start it. Have a friend actively spraying while you're cranking. See if the outcome is different.
