Friends, I just recently bought my first Tundra, It was used with 180000 miles. The trucks been well maintained and I'm happy with it. If you know the truck you're looking at has been taken care of, how many miles would you feel good with.

Slightly different but I purchased my 2005 Sequoia with 245k on it. I’ve been very happy with it.

Understanding the 2.5G Tundras are million plus mile trucks, 180K miles is barely starting.
I would be more concerned about "well maintained"
If you personally know the previous owner, knows his works/maintenance, even 200k miles should be worry-free.

But, too many variables are here with your two sentences statement and it has too many possible outcome to tell if 180K is too much.

.I know the previous owner, he was spot on with his oil changes and anything mechanical. Just never cared that much about appearance. Had to do a little cleaning but ,mechanically no worries.

Where this truck is located? Frame rust can be a serious issue, even if the rest looks mint.

No worries then. Replace all fluids and keep it rolling.

I bought my '00 Tundra w/155K. Bought it from FIL who is one of the most meticulous people I've ever met, almost annoyingly so, and LOVES things like service intervals, log books, etc.

He handed me a notebook with every tank of gas he ever put in it... Gallons filled, MPG's, price paid.

I had no qualms about the mileage, drove it for 6+ years, sold it going strong w/205K when I got the '19

Before that I had bought a 4Runner w/111K from wife's cousin, again I knew the previous owner and how they handle stuff. No issues, sold it w/215K.

Found my current 2015 Tundra Platinum Crew Cab last year with only 45,000 miles on it. I was looking for a larger engine to pull my toyhauler from my 2003 Tundra purchased new, had 276k miles on it. The 2015 had all maintenance records and was like new, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Sold my Tundra with 42,000 on the clock and got a Sequoia with 193,000. No worries.

Bought my southern owned, one owner 2016 Tundra on Christmas Eve. 217k miles on the clock. Documented 5k mile services completed like clockwork along with most major Toyota recommended services. I got a coolant and transmission fluid flush done just for good measure. I expect many problem free miles/years to come.

On Christmas Eve, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tundra Limited CrewMax with 75,000 miles that was serviced at Nashville area Toyota dealers every 5,000 miles. Barring any unforeseen catastrophe (like other drivers), I will own this truck for a very, very long time.

I think for the most part, the most un-controlled variable will be, THE other driver(s).
