Damn that looks good. I'm kinda jealous I didn't go the full grill guard route with mine. I guess it's never too late.

That was the main reason I wanted this one, it sort of looks like the ARB. Honestly after messing around with a welder, next time I would just buy the ARB, cut off my front frame parts and weld the brackets on haha.

Hey FGT Nation. I apparently bought a 1A auto fog light button and not OEM.
IMG_4773.jpg Some members have found the wiring harness that came with the kit unnecessary and I would realllllly appreciate it if someone has a plug I could buy/have as the kit is discontinued. Wiring up a lightbar that has its own harness I just want the GREEN plug.

I put this one in a kids car. I doesn't suck, and it was dirt cheap! Key feature...volume knob.

Boss, Jensen, and Dual are the same company, while JVC and Kenwood are the same company. The latter is a far better brand.

@Neo when you say "plug and play", are you saying it works without deleting the OEM amp? Or is the 1GT you're sticking it in one of the ampless models?

I think Sony also has some of their XAV models which have the necessary features and a knob, but my memory is foggy.

I also got some camping in over the holidays. Just a little river, lake and desert for a couple days with the 16 year old pup.

@FrenchToasty I love the awning room type of tent/camp set up. If I didnt have a camper to camp in, or had kids I would definitely go this route too rather than a roof top tent.

Looks like an awesome time out there!

@Bed Tundy: Couldnt agree more! I like to think that yea the truck had its initial cost and cost of ownership. But the fun of offroading and exploring cool places in nature and in other states is pretty cheap compared to hopping on a plane and going on vacation to far off places with hotels and airfare and all that. I love my little hotel on wheels! So glad I settled on a FGT! haha

I really like it too, it fits the 3 of us perfect, it’s not terrible to setup/breakdown by myself, but it does tie me down once set up, that and hanging it to air dry is my only complaint, oh and one of the zippers is starting to suck!

I guess my hood latch decided to check out. It feels really weak when I pull it; has for years. Today it just didn't work. Being the absolute genius I am, I shoved a flathead between the grill rubber stopper thingy and the trim piece under it. Popped right up. Anyways, Ironman is getting some replacement electrons right now. I must've left my dome light on when giving @FishNinja a tour of the bumps.

Alright, truck is back up and running. Checked codes for S&G, 0 codes. I also found a $100 visa gift card in my console. Score! I think I might get some eibach UCAs now.

@bmf4069 Did you have a gift card or something? Im seeing a much higher price for these on Amazon.

I remember hearing these were similar to SPC or rebranded or something like that? Or am i wrong?
