I purchased my 2017 SR5 CM in May of this year. The other day, I notices moisture in my drivers side headlight housing. It's pretty disappointing this has happened already being how new this vehicle is. Will the dealership replace this at no cost under warranty?

Had that happened once when I owned a tacoma with a few thousand miles on it. The retard rep said it was normal. I wanted to punch him in the face. Hopefully dealer replaces it for you.

Have you replaced or changed any bulbs? Any crash or issue that would cause damage to the headlight?

If not, defintely a warranty issue. Show them while it is still like that.

Haven't replaced any bulbs or accidents. That's why it's disappointing. I hope they don't try to pull any stunts and say it's normal like previously stated.

where are you based? Here in NC, this weekend has been brutally humid, like living in a swamp.

That humid air in the lens could do weird things - contrary to popular belief - headlight assemblies aren't air tight, humid air can get inside and may condense on the inside of the lens... the good news is that it should turn into water vapor and exit through the breathers once you pop on your headlights

I'm in Florida so that might be it but the passenger side doesn't have any moisture so something is up with the drivers side.

They can't unless you already put on your mileage total. The warranty is good for this. Especially considering it "could" be a safety hazard. Just be calm and firm and let them know who's the boss. :D

I've been very busy with work and haven't had time to take it in. I'll report back once it's done.

It clears up as the day goes on but it's still a concern to me because the other side isn't affected. I also don't want moisture on the bulb causing it to possibly blow out.
