Should be able to remove the remainder of that broken nipple and drill/tap for a threaded base nipple replacement, brass likely easy to get. If you have the rest of the existing broken nipple, may be able to epoxy repair.

Wurth Fix-All or some other plastic specific 2-part epoxy should do the trick.

I had the broke off nipple. Cleaned it up and was going to use some JB Weld plastic bonder and I lost it. Been searching for a 1/2 hour.

Found a plastic nipple that fit. Through some JB Weld plastic bonder on it to seal at intake. Nipple is a soft plastic but I don't think temps on intake will be a problem.

It was 1 of days. Changed my oil and was a 1/2 quart low after running engine. Took oil cap off and dropped it. Cap landed on front axle. Anyone who has dropped 1 down there knows what I went through to retrieve it.

Found the nipple. I put it in a safe place. Safe from myself that is. If it was a snake it would have bit me. Will stick with my fix for now but have the nipple in case it fails.
