Unfortunately, less so than you used to be able to. When I ordered my 2018, you could do just about anything you wanted, within reason. They did away with a lot of a la carte options in favor of packages over the past few model years. My 2023 can't be built anymore because it's a Lariat 502a without much of anything else checked. Now, that package is much more expensive and has all of the previous individual options included.

They also eliminated some combinations - I would have ordered a 2022 Lariat SuperCab if I knew it would be the last year for them but I get that me and a few old retired guys were the only buyers. People in the south have been whining that everything past the XLT is 4WD only now, but come on - how many people are really okay with spending $70k+ on a truck and not even having 4WD? I'll never buy their "but it doesn't snow here" argument. The most important moment for 4WD for me wasn't in the winter - it was when a dump trailer full of gravel sank on my lawn and I just barely got it out in 4Lo with the rear diff locked.

I was lucky, when I bought my Raptor in Mar 23, auto start/stop was deleted due to part shortage. I got a $50 credit for something I didn’t want in the first place. In my Ram, it was pretty smooth and I usually left it on (5.7 w/ etorque), but definitely wasn’t sad it was deleted in the Ford. In my wife’s car, it’s horrible. Have to put it in sport mode to disable it

did they give you 8-10k off MSRP like most are doing? also let us know how lucky you are after 5-8 years and 100k miles.

What crack are you on thinking Raptors are 8-10K off MSRP? You may get some wiggle, just like on a TRD Pro Tundra, but you're not shaving 10K off either truck. The top off road trim in every brand just doesn't budge that much.

Dang bro, whoever did that got taken. Lots of dealerships are offering 8k off F150 Raptors. The market has adjusted and some Ford dealers are discounting them. At least that is what has been reported on Reddit.

Perhaps that's because of the V8 returning to the raptor in the R? The google AI says 2-5K off MSRP is the best, but we all know that can be flawed. Still not sure I buy that Raptors are going for 10K under asking.

Some random guy on the /Raptor reddit claimed 8k off which is about the best I have seen. Now did he actually get it? who knows but they are appearing to deal more on them since the Raptor name has been kind of watered down.

Hmmmm. I'd doubt that pretty hard unless he's not disclosing something. Too many internet one uppers who will say it to make themselves sound like they never get screwed.

It's the usual shit-posting he does, 1% factual and 99% emotional incoherent ranting. He makes some solid points that are just ruined by the majority of his other postings. Less is more sometimes, he's made his point. His Tundra will be a 1,000,000 Tundra just because he says so, and all Ford's self destruct at 50,000 miles. No they aren't doing $10K off MSRP, there's some around 4-5 to get rid of MY24 with MY25 starting to ship, same as everyone else.

You don't seem to understand that many members here started in a tundra and then changed vehicles, for a variety of reasons, and are still helpful and productive members. Don't be a dick just because somebody moved out of a Tundra.

I haven't been they are the ones who have been putting down the Tundra, while I and a few others here have defended it. The grass isn't always greener as the F150s owners will eventually find out. I do not know if I even post any longer on the Raptor forum. You think my stuff is bad you should deal with them. Narcissism is the key word for that forum. I get people like what people like, but no one is comparing the Tundra to the F150 on the Raptor forum, maybe regular F150 forums. I get people should be paid a decent living especially in America, but no one owes you that and you get paid for skills. The UAW has for the most part destroyed the USA car makers, and many are scrabbling for various ways to stay open.

They can put down the tundra all they want. It's an opinion. This thread is an opinion thread.

You have repeatedly said that the F150 shouldn't be discussed here. You've told people to go to other forums. You are taking it personal and calling them "insecure little bizzzatches," "dipsticks," and told them to "eat it." That IS you being a dick about their opinion. You don't have to like ferd. You obviously don't. You are telling anyone that has one they bought a POS. How is that different than them saying the Tundra, that does have engines that have been grenading, any different? You're being a hypocrite.

Being a dick to him isn't any better than him being a dick.

We can be adults and disagree in a civil manner. Fun times and good natured ribbing between folks who built a rapport or are buddies is all good, but just being a dick because we drive different trucks is stupid.

It is alright, I did not know defending your choice of Trucks on a forum dedicated to the Tundra was being a dick. According to you it is, and I am pretty sure they were trash talking the Tundra and its exploding engine from the start then this EPIC thread went to over 250 pages.

You have a choice in trucks like you have a choice in deciding where you are going to post comments. I have never seen a thread like this allowed on any other forum, period. They certainly wouldn't have this on the Raptor forum.

So, regardless the F150 outsells the Tundra more than 2 to 1 and that makes the F150 the benchmark for all other trucks. I wish they improve the parts they source into that said truck. Besides the drive train the Ford is a Ford and nothing will depreciate like it nor little things that break on it. Maybe Ford can get their quality sorted out but they sure have a bunch of work cut out for them.

First off, you quoted the wrong guy. @Lovetrucks was saying the guy that was a dick to him wound up getting banned. As you are still posting that is obviously not you.

Secondly, it's not that you are "defending your choice of trucks" that is being a dick. It's the way you do it. The tone and conduct.

Thirdly, you are again implying that anyone not gushing about the 3rd gen and preferring a non Toyota as a result should not be allowed to discuss it on this forum. That would also qualify as being a dick. Guess you should go tell all the staff on the site that no longer have tundras that they don't get to talk about their new rides on here.
