I think that's how Casey makes his. From fresh meat and scratch. He gave me some in a jar and it was the best chili I've ever eaten.

I think he is referring to chicken + white bean? Friend of mine two doors down makes one, it almost tastes like she adds salsa verde to it. I don’t remember if she uses people use ground chicken or shredded.

I have a couple variations written down of what seasonings I put in my chili mix if it’s interesting. Happy to share. After I make something a few times I usually jot it down.

It's very rarely the rear main :(. I kinda hate that I had to pull that trans twice, but the new one is driving great.

Yeah, they were just bullshitting me. With everyone's help here I was able to locate that it's the valve cover gaskets. Lazy ass "master techs". I don't trust them with doing much anyway. I was in there for ATF exchange and asked them to look at it while it was up in the air. I don't even let my own dealerships service center touch my cars because I see how they treat customers cars and frankly, how stupid they are. The discount is not worth the pain.....

I looked up posts for the valve cover gasket and found @shifty` s itemized list for parts. (I expected nothing less from his post history, thanks again). He is going to help teach me the ropes once I get everything from my parts department.

    '03-'06 V8 Passenger VC gasket (1): 112130F010 *
    '03-'06 V8 Driver VC gasket
    (1): 112140F010
Spark plug tube gaskets (8): 1119350010
Valve Cover Bolt with Grommet (18): 9008010330 ***
    Toyota FIPG 3 sealant

I must say that after only putting 100 miles on this new trans, I'm convinced that my old one had problems long before the implosion. I never paid attention to it "slipping" on first acceleration. Almost as if I felt that's how it was supposed to be that I never questioned it. It's like an issue that starts small and gradually gets worse over time that you fail to recognize it. This trans acts completely different. The pedal to wheel response is instantaneous. I don't drive other FGTs to know the difference. I'm supper happy with the way this one is responding. I (and my wife) also noticed that the truck (trans) quieter. Again, an issue that starts out so small that you never notice it. Oh well, R.I.P. old trans internals.

Yesterday I learned you can break a socket wrench by over-torquing it. Too lazy to get up and grab a breaker bar and ruined (I guess?) a nice little craftsman swivel head 3/8”.

Alright fellas, I need to pick yalls brains

I have this sandwich plate picked out to add to the virus. I need to figure out what kind of senser, and what kind of guage I need (which is where yall come in.)

I'd like the sensor to just screw into the plate, or the adapter, but this is uncharted terriroty for me. Any reccomendations? I really don't want a hard line running up to my dash with oil in it

What problem are you trying to solve with that? Just have more real-time information on oil pressure and temp? I would call that manufacturer/seller and ask what they have seen.

You can also rebuild them but I don’t think Lowes will do that for you. Sears used to do it in the past. The kits are probably available only on eBay now.

I just want to know what my oil pressure is at the filter because it runs low sometimes and I don't want to brick this MF

Not onions, monterey jack and cheddar cheese.

The chili has a whole onion in it, can of Rotel, can of crushed tomatoes, and five cans of beans -> Pinto, navy, black, kidney.

Anyone got an RTV they like for water pumps? I'm gearing up to replace the water pump on the RAV4 next. The Aisin replacement comes with a gasket but Sue at 1A Auto claims that Toyota recommends a sealant. Not both.

There is just something special about a crunchy onion on a hot dog for me. I love it.
I'm not picky when it comes to hot dogs. From regular ketchup and mustard, chilli dogs, chicago dogs or even bagel an cream cheese dogs....I love them.
