Is there any halloween enthusiasts out there?

    If so, show some spirit.

We don't do much in terms of decorating. It would never stand up to the neighbors down the street. Words cannot describe. I'll take some photos. They started setting up 2 weeks ago. City will come and block off the streets Halloween night. It gets wild.

This place is also down the street from us.

House had originally been built by Richtofen who had been the uncle to the Red Baron of WWI. Current owners are rehabing but they open the grounds as a free haunted house tour for the neighborhood. Last year they had built a giant ghost pirate ship on the lawn. Not sure if they hire actors or use friends and family but it's a full on show. I'll find some photos.

Thank you, my wife tells me that I get obsessed, I prefer to think that I'm just passionate about it. For the first 8 years after building this house we didn't get a single trick-or-treater, understandably they all go to the larger richer subdivisions where the houses are close enough together to walk from house to house. I decided this wasn't acceptable. So a couple years ago, I decided that I was going to all out in an effort to see how far I would have to go, to get people to go out of their way, to stop at my house. Last year was the first year that I ever had people stop by, so this year of course, I had to add more to it. I still have a couple tricks up my sleeve, but they are being saved until Halloween night.

Thanks! I"m thinking about hanging a bedsheet or something in the garage and have a projector behind it and show some ghosts. Anyone done it before?
I'm looking at some transparent screen material on ebay, but a 2 car garage size might be a little pricey. Maybejust a center section and put black cloth on each side?
