Lots of people with BW on 2.5/2 Gen.... anyone with the smooth ones on a 3rd Gen? searched and didn't see any.... I've got an offset 0 wheel on the way and was hoping to see how much of the poke they cover.

** based on search it seems BW quality is far superior , more heavy duty abs , thicker etc. (almost double the price too)

If you’re looking to sell your 3rd gen OEM fender flares, I’d be interested. Thanks!

Well the Bushwackers arrived , I wish they were a little more textured. Shape and size seem to be spot on. While they’re certainly less flimsy than I would expect the rough country to be, they also feel brittle….. once the rims and tires get on and I put these on. I’ll let you know how they hold up.

I’m contemplating maybe adding some texture paint, anyone have recommendations similar to stock?

Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.
Have them sprayed with chipgaurd (like your rocker panels) and painted. Depending on color, have them sprayed with bedliner.?

I installed BW on a new 2000 ford ranger and tires wheels poked out about 4 inches and the BW covered tires. Drove the truck for 18 years and 170,000 miles. Zero issues with BW and never painted them

I like the textured look - not into the painted ones - I think the undercoating may be a little too thick , but chipgaurd or texture paint might.

my tundra is Terra which I think goes really well with black accents

Said the quality seemed sub par but it was really only 2 comments

also , you can see that they don’t go all the way to the bottom which may open you up to rock chips on lower fender area

i'm also going to be running a 0 offset wheel and have been looking at fender flares for additional coverage. been looking at the RC sport flares but am interested to hear your opinion on fit and finish with the BW once you get them on

I’ll post up , but the wheels are coming right from Fifteen52 with no ETA…everything else is here. I was annoyed as the company here in Canukistan’s website said they were in stock :(

I have the NYTOP carbon fiber flares and the fit is not great on the fronts. Hard to tell if you're not really looking for the gaps, but I know they are there. Definitely disappointing for $1000.00 flares.

ok so the BW are really smooth , i think a few mentioned most people are painting them.... i want texture ... so i have been looking at rockgaurd vs trim paint because.... well because rocks !? lol doing research on the most heaviest of duty stuff that will never fail ? suggestions ? i've used sem before , it looks good but wondering what gets the offroad seal of approval for toughness.
