    Good morning Tundras.

    The place that ordered my new dump trailer called. The trailer is complete and ready to go. I will head out to Kansas next week to pay for it and take possession. Only mistake on the trailer is they didn't derate it back down to 14000 lbs Gross trailer rating from 17800 lbs. I would have been on my way today to pick it up.

    That is correct. I want to run non-CDL. 25,500 would be my GVWR to keep me under 26001 lbs.

    This also gives me a safety buffer. Sometimes front end loaders get a little excited when loading material.

    The bigger axles/brakes with 16 ply tires help too. This time I had to go 17.5" wheels. I've had to replace two 16" wheels on my current trailer due to cracking. This was most likely done by potholes.

    The dump bed part I'm not going to be concerned about. It's going to scratch the powder coating.

    The exterior I will paint when necessary. This is why I went black this time. Easier to repair and look good.
