Ok, vented the radiator cap & got a few drops of coolant off the a/c compressor. Inside of the block valley is moist again, after being dry yesterday. Anyone got a pic of where the waterpump weephole is? Front of the block & timing cover are dry.

I fixed the broken plastic on the door panel armrest and installed new speakers while I was in there. Turned out pretty damn well. PXL_20241219_174856280.jpg PXL_20241220_162056784.jpg PXL_20241220_162034456.jpg

Would this be a head gasket? Do you have any white smoke from tailpipe or oil in coolant? Hopefully just a hose fitting.

No smoke & oil is clean. Since it was dry until i vented the rad cap, i'm gonna guess its not under pressure while running. I can see the drip from the block to the ac compressor, and from the compressor to the oil pan, but its gotta be 2-3 inches behind the face of the block. My worm clamp leak came back also, but is pooled on top of the shroud, so i know its not that. And the t-stat housing is on the pass side, so i'm ignoring that.

I use mine for rc parts/ screws when I’m camping. I use my tailgate like a workbench for everything. The old cover was to short and I would loose screws a lot. Not sure what they are actually for.

I just put it up on offer up. If you are interested. I’ll give you a solid deal it’s a 7/10 right now. Need a good cleaning

What do you mean "vented the rad cap" and that it isn't "under pressure" when running? If not it would overheat, right?

    Awesome!

Isn’t there a coolant line that runs through the valley? I thought that’s what sometimes leaks into the valley and fouls up knock sensors?

Might have to look into one of those Mountain Hatch plates. I also use my tailgate as a work table, and the previous owner put a dent in it, so my saws wobble a bit... Have thought about cutting some aluminum plate to use for this, but seeing someone actually makes them already...
