Will a 2006 Tundra 4WD DC front bumper take a winch?

Is this an easy install?

I've never had a winch on anything, but since I hope to be (soon) getting this thing into service, maybe a winch is something I could use.

I've always been interested to see how a truck with that winch mount would fare after a front end collision.
