There is a set procedure for setting the Powerstop pads to rotors. It’s explained pretty well on
RockAuto.com as well as the Powerstop website. Did they follow proper procedure when they installed them?

Just had this issue with new calipars.

piston doesn’t really slide in the bore. It is a big fat square seal and it flexes out when you step on the brakes and flexes back when you let off. The fix is to remove the pads and force the pistons out a bit, then push them back just far enough that you can barely get the pads back in.

go look at your pads. I am guessing that there is a 1/16” gap allowing the pad to float around. The first pump closes that gap and then the second pump starts to brake. These are 4 piston calipers and need a good volume of fluid to move them all, so gaps cannot be tolerated.

Check the rubber lines, could have one that has expanded.
