yeah when I scanned for breaking news I read subway and Jordan but my mind thought of jarred from subway. My bad for the confusion. And I can honestly say that I don't know any of the details of why this penny guy killed Jordan on a subway. But I'll figure it out when I find the time to care. The picture and video were what was relevant. The media are vultures and will then run to be first with everything once a story exists. The point of the initial coverage was to get the pics out.

The real question here is; Who ran
up a bill and charged it to whom? If it wasn't Penny, Jared or Jordan now I'm really confused. And was anyone murdered for charging their bill to someone else?

Nothing in his post was anti LEO. The police let him go and didn't intend to arrest him. The DA pushed it after the usual suspects made it about skin color rather than facts. We're all pro LEO here.

So I dug a little into the story that I mixed up with the pedo Jarred I wrongly assumed was murdered. Seems like this Marine did the right thing on a subway and was acquitted by a jury of his peers. I could be biased, but I personally don't think race was the driving factor for the accidental killing. And apparently neither does the jury who oversaw the case against him.

I also googled Jarred Fogel to see if he has been murdered in prison yet. Unfortunately, he is still alive and serving out his 15 year sentence.

 

Except....ORYGUN football. GO DUCKS!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to capture it, but I just saw one of the c-dot signs that read. Holding your phone while driving? Get a ticket starting Jan 1. And as much as I think that this law is necessary, I had to do a voice to text while holding my phone and driving and post to my favorite group of friends on the Internet and let y'all know. The government is coming for you, and they will stop at nothing.
