I will respectfully disagree with you, but I know it’s your indulgence.

We made homemade (from scratch) roasted tomato soup (add ground turkey for extra protein). And toasted cheese sandwiches on sourdough with thick cut bacon. The cheese was cave aged Kerry Gold sharp cheddar and Beechers Original (a PNW gem). I used bacon grease instead of butter or mayo for the outside of the bread. Topped the soup with a little flat-leaf parsley pesto and a dollop of sour cream.

 

You can open the capsules and sprinkle it into her food if you have to.
I will warn you - the prebiotics can loosen things up at the back door…

I hate yogurt but I ate Noosa yogurt on doctors orders, and it wasn't awful. It specifically has more live cultures than other yogurts. Several flavors as well. Key lime was the best I tried.

 

Glad the docs are actually doing something for her.

This is true. Considering my SR5 truck choice with silver wheels. No lift. Not de-chromed. Factory leveled air suspension. The sexy (to me) tow mirrors. Some of my plaid shirts are slim fit. I grow perennials for birds. I like jazz. My truck attracts coal rollers. I get surrounded by SD’s in parking lots sometimes. I don’t even mind that much.

Was finally able to find one of these at the grocery store. I tried it and it tasted good but I had a lingering aftertaste about hour later that tasted cough syrupish.
