How much was the DH? That was a serious contender and the ones we looked at with the track pack was decently priced.

Forgot to update. Car has been back for a while.

    IMG_6289.jpg

The car popped some misfire codes on a 70* day after driving a little more aggressive than any LEO would prefer. I guess this is common having air intake temps go high and popping codes.

Roush makes an updated cooler...for 2200.00. Yeah. Not doing that.

    These are my options:

    -Roush upgraded coolers

    -vented hood from GT500

    -methanol injection

    -trunk mounted ice box.

I think the way to go is methanol injection and vented hood. Can't get enough of the looks:

After taxes n all just shy of 100k and that's before the blower. Car itself came out to 79K i believe. That kind of money gets me the GR Corolla and my new garage built

It's a hoot. Ordered some toys for it today:

-Dual catch can specifically for the supercharged application.

    -Snow performance methanol kit.

    -Bigger heat exchanger pump.

In the summer, it's not uncommon to have these AIT temps go high and drop 100 HP.

tyvm and got you. as long as the crew here is cool with me sharing...no one is tryin to flex. let me know if there are any specific questions. my main thing is build quality, reliability then performance. i like to be on the road and not in the shop.

all spec'd with exposed carbon fiber roofs and mirror caps, factory aero and carbon ceramic brakes :)

since this is a toyota site, lexus first. car is prespec'd so cldnt be customized. it's got plenty of bolt on mods and is the car i play with to mod. the high revving v8, plush alcantara interior and overall styling makes ita keeper for life

The 911 992.1 is the last version with an analog tach and most likely non-hybrid.
my 911's are spec'd with black interior, leather package with deviated stitching in gt silver. 18 way seats vs buckets because i need adjustability for long drives. super comfy.

turbo s has the factory sports package (active front and rear aero) and interior trim pieces in matte carbon fiber

gt3 touring has interior trim pieces in exterior color to bring the outside in...pdk because of a legacy motorcycle injury on my left ankle.

Mine is a 1969. Most people would prefer stock. But it has modifications for the track use. Years for the C3 style with a chrome were (I think) 1968 to 1972. I think the 1973 was the first rubber nose. BTW: I retired about 5 1/2 years ago. I'm 70 years old.

love the choices here man. The NA V8 in a 3500ish lb car is near perfection for street car. Had a couple E90 M3s that were an absolute joy to drive. Then you added the next best thing, GT3 touring. Wow.

What suspension mods done? Makes me miss my 69 Camaro, although I kept it somewhat period correct suspension wise, 427 Big block roller cam etc nothing like a classic. Plan is to get another one, maybe a Chevelle this time

I've forgotten if I checked in this thread earlier to say the same thing but....
Damn, you guys have some fine rides. Jealous.
Love the C3 Vette restomod, other muscle cars, the Porsches, pretty much all of it.
Never been a Mustang guy but there are several in here that could turn me.
6 years to go until retirement for me.

Many mods. Springs (F-41) replaced all suspension parts, replaced all rubber in sway bar and control arms with metal, Spreader bar. Shocks are Bilstein’s, but I liked the Koni’s better.

Was in the market for one a while and kept seeing some that were just abused and driven hard. The ones with lower miles were overpriced in this area and the south. I finally found one in OH and flew out to pick it up.
    2005 with only 55K Miles.

I'm guessing it goes for over $90k with a week still left for bidding.
