Also did the electrical tape wrap on all the door strikers. Eliminated the clunky sounds when driving on bumpy roads. Nice and quiet inside.

We have the same transmission. I remember this debated at length on here before and ultimately I came to the conclusion that Maxlife was fine. Hope so. I've been running it in my truck for 5 years now.

Added some loops to my roof rack attachments inside so I can bungee some fishing poles up there. Loops are paracord.

New tow hooks have arrived. These things are beefy. Built for Ford F150s. Front bolt lines up great, back hole is more of a large slot, the bolt falls within the large slot. Will need a piece of flat bar to cover the slot when installing. Have to trim the small plastic wing shields coming off of the skid plate. Have to trim the edge of the skid plate. Mocked up with the bolts just letting it hang, should work out great.

Got the tow hooks mounted. Involved some mild trimming of the lip of the skid plate next to the tow hook mounts. Also trimmed the plastic wing openings to accommodate. Used the factory tow hook on the drivers due to the bolts being long. Will swap for shorter bolts later. Passenger side has a plate steel bracket from my old bull bar that I modified to use as the mounting plate to cover the larger rear bolt opening on the F-150 tow hook mounts. Turned out good. Will revisit the tow hooks when I refinish the front bumper and skid plate.

Were you missing the OEM loops they used to transport the trucks on trailers?
Initially that's where I put my shackles. Even after I got my Coastal bumper, I left em there until I realized it had spots for em that were kinda hidden.

Ok so you're just missing one.
I left both on my truck and the tow hook. Didn't feel any reason to remove em even once I got skids and bumper and moved the shackles.

So you're building your own bumper and skids?

I don’t have any of the factory tie down loops any longer. Not building any bumpers or skids at the moment, gonna pull my bumper and skid off and clean them up and bedliner them both.

Moving the 7 pin from hanging below the bumper, to integrated into it. Hole for the drivers side LP light is used, bumper cutout behind it to accommodate the wiring run.

    IMG_2112.jpg

Will clean up all the wiring underneath and remove the hanging 7 pin soon.

I prefer the Metallica lugs myself.
When I get my black six spoke 17's I'll be ditching my black splined lugs for some normal metallic ones. Should break up the black some and go nicely with the brushed TRD center caps

They're marker lights. I started with these eagle eyes back up lights at the corners of the bumper that worked OK. Then the lens fell off of one and I had upgraded my factory backup lights with the high output Osrams. So I replaced them with some LED marker lights. Looked a bit unbalanced, so I added a second set of them closer to the center of the bumper. Smoked lenses so you can't really see them until they are lit up at night with the parking lights.

After backup light swapped for marker light:

@KNABORES - do your wheels rub the bumper? I wonder if your could use a spacer to move the bumper forward a cm or so. They 2.5Gen guys do something like that I think.

They did rub the bottom air deflector a smidge when I had the spacers on. I trimmed the bottom air damn corners a little. Then I removed the spacers and with the 4.5" backspacing wheels I'm running there's no rubbing.
