    Well this sucks, the dealer Capo Valley Toyota I ordered from just emailed me that they cancelled my order.
    No reason given as to why.

    Well that really sucks big time. It looks like they changed for local pick up only. You should be grandfathered as you placed your order before they made this change.

    I would contact your credit card company and cancel the transaction on that end just to be 100% sure they don't get your money. You can provide them the email you received saying they can't ship to you.

    Ordered a kit this morning for pick up in Springfield, OR to avoid the shipping damage the other dealer reported and even this dealer said they have been experiencing.
    Dealer in Springfield said they ship with loose parts in the box. Others have had damage when shipped from the dealer.
    $502.88 is the price. Shipping would have been more than the cost for fuel to travel to pick it up.
    Local dealership wouldn’t price match.

    Have the kit on order with my local dealership in NJ, $635 plus tax. Luckily I get body shop pricing so it was $535, 2 days to get it, told them to hold it till next week when I can pick it up.

    This is such a scam by Toyota. For god's sake, include it in the next MY. People willing to pay for an "option" that has become standard is beyond me.

    It's analogous to Toyota removing AC as an option and then bringing it back as a $2k option.

    Any opinions on how the plastic trim piece will look on a black 1794 Limited Edition? I think it looks great with the matte Pro grille but I’m wondering if it will look out of place since the LE doesn’t have anything else in matte. If someone has a pick of a Platinum with the hooks it would be helpful!

    The Kit from the dealer. 4 days to arrive.
    Thought it would take longer with the holiday and the post I saw on the 25% off thread that the kit is on national back order.

    Picked up my kit today, guess I'm lucky, all my parts were boxed up incredibly well, nothing loose at all. They even boxed the hardware in it's own box and used an empty box to keep everything else from shifting around.

    picked mine up from the dealer today, same packaging as @Rockpig, package was 12"x17"x52" and weighed 52 lbs if you're looking to estimate shipping costs.

    FYI Canadian dealer told me today they can see ~250 kits in inventory in US, but it showed a stop sale, and did not show a Canadian dealer price. So they are unable to order at this time.
