Kicked off my subwoofer install

 

I ordered these about 12 weeks ago and still don't have them. All of my research says they'll fit great. One other user (not sure who) had em and they looked good!

 

My tonneau cover broke

Anybody dealt with retrax cs or is there a retrax rep on here?




edit: emailed retrax. We’ll see what they say.

Edit 2: They are sending a new roller cover since the slats were damaged somehow.

 

New tailgate cap from Ecoological. Wasn't a fan of the black trim on my Platinum. Have slowly replaced it all and this was the last piece.

 

Looks good man. I am slowly removing some of the black as well on my Platinum and this looks right up my alley.

 

didn't forget about this question, just haven't driven my truck - I just checked my garage floor and didn't see anything at all. Not a drop that I noticed.

 

Well. Made it back in one piece. Even after the snowstorm in Kansas City. Truck towed the car through it all. Made it back after 1800 miles. Averaged between 13 to 15mpg towing at 70 mph.

 

Put a winter coat on her. Proper spring tie downs and air bags coming next

 

Just installed my new Toyota Bedmat. Was a tough install

Also bought and installed the Dongar adaptor to the dash cam. Neat that instead of using a y adaptor, since these things can be installed with a factory dash cam, the adaptor just plugs into the cam plug and converts it to USB. Fairly simple install. Now no wires hanging down to the cigarette plug.

 

Well, I got worse mpgs on hwy comuting... I do have 2 inch lift and 35inch tires but still hard to believe in 15mpg towing a car, I'm getting less on hwy with some wind behind me lol

Added TRD Pro center caps...the extra touch of red ties into all the other red tidbits on the truck nicely.

I used Tow/Haul the whole way except in the Ozarks. Did manual shifting there to maintain better RPM range. I'm quite pleased with how she did.

 

Yeah, I've had those exact ones on order from Sparks since the beginning of October. Maybe I'll get them someday. Looks great!

 

Installed three 1/4" amber LED lights in the TRD Off-Road grille. Used Sylvania LED bulbs and soldered the wires to them, then connected them to the amber running lights.

Note: I had to modify the light bar slightly to make it fit by cutting some of the cooling fins on the back using a grinder with a cut-off wheel.

How did you mount them to/in the grille?

 

Drilled 1/4 holes, installed and sealed from behind with hot glue gun

Yes, I called Sparks this morning & canceled my order for the caps, I've been waiting since beginning of October. Ordered from Bam & even saved a few $$. Should have them by next week at latest.
