Haha yeah I don't think I will ever get near yours lol but it is one of my favorites.

 

Been productive last couple days. Finally de-chrome 99%.

Hardwares cost me a whopping $0.88 from our local hardware store. I was able to get them individually and not in package like at Lowes.

Finally, the Bed Step. I like it. Amazon special, cant get myself to pay $300+ for oem part.

 

Re: the stepbars - - the farther they stick out, the fewer door dings you'll get.

 

I flipped my rhino r20 so it goes skinny to wide as well! I like the look better imo

 

I did not know you can do that. I may try that later when warm weather returns next year.

You can spend Bunches of the green or plastic and don't forget the L/S grab handle

 

That's probably to offset the skid plate fasteners they left off or the extra torque applied to the filter housing.

Another option is to check salvage yards and fb. Marketplace for wrecked tundra part out.

 

I’ve exceeded my annual mod budget by about 4x in this calendar year.

 

Best thing to do is not budget. Then you can’t blow it.

 

You do need to be patient. However, you will be rewarded with lower cost. I paid $50 shipped for mine.

 

$20 for mine from a Pick-n-Pull.

 

It’s just in my head, no fancy smanchy budget. I figure $2k per year should keep my truck fresh and kill any want to buy a new truck. Hasn’t worked out too well (8112-8100, Regear, lsd).

It’s my 4th suspension. About time I got it right.

 

I feel that.... the 8112-8100 will be my 4th set I put on too.... but I didn't have the funds to make the jump this last round.

It definitely seems like a great set up for our trucks and for folks that drive on road and hit trails. I can't wait to get to it.

 

yeah - I haven't bit fully on the LSD/Locker and regear, but I'm right there with you on the rest

 

Replacing cigarette lighter sockets with hdmi/usb and usb-c plugs. New headunit is on the way, so just getting this done in advance.
