Hello to everyone! I am the owner of a 2006 Toyota Tundra, 4.7L Limited 4 door crew cab. I am also a new member and therefore this is my first post.
My question - Is it rare for the high beam, low beam, and daytime running light to all stop operating at the same time in the same headlamp bulb? Or should my issue be a connection or something else?

Check the obvious first. The bulb. Always replace bulbs in pairs. However, no info on how long you've owned the truck, so I have to assume that these are the original headlight assemblies. If not, then there could be some wiring shenanigans.

    Thanks ATBAV8!

I ordered two (2) Osram replacement bulbs before posting just in case it is the bulb. No store, dealer nor generic parts store, stock the 64193 (9003) bulbs in my area.

I will troubleshoot shoot it further tomorrow and post an update when I locate and resolve the issue.

Aren't the left and right headlight fused independently? I swear these are the two fuses in the pic below.

See this page for your fusebox layout, search for "headlight": https://www.startmycar.com/us/toyota/tundra/info/fusebox/2006/ver-double__cab__models

    ATBAV8 & shifty

    Update:

Replaced the non-illuminating bulb over the weekend and that solved the problem. I’ll replaced the other one tomorrow so that both will be Osrams.

    Thanks to both of you!
