Discovered a power steering leak that was collecting in my skid plate. I lucked out, as it was just the oil cooler outlet hose. As there was only a minimal bend in it, I was able to use a short piece of hose from NAPA. For those of you wishing to stick with a Toyota part, the number is 32942-34020. I couldn't bring myself to shell out $50+ for a 6-inch piece of power steering hose.

I ended up sticking with the original constant tension clamps, but have to admit that I'm intrigued by the design of t-bolt style clamps. Any opinions? I've heard no to worm clamps due to uneven distribution.

Every type hose clamp has it's application. When using worm clamps for general purpose low pressure, I choose Ideal with the inner sleeve. Helps with even distribution of pressure and if you overtorque the hose wont start poking through the slots on the clamp.

Mostly see those on fuel injection (35+ PSI) hose.
