Are the Nilight wiring harness good for Rigid Industries cube lights? I finally want to wire the Rigids behind my grill but the Rigid harnesses are $42 each .

Yep, they’re all the same. Even the HF harness is good.

It’s just 14g/12g stranded electrical wires.
