I’m sure it’s simple. But I have a clip that under the dash with a solid green, a green red, and white with green strip. I also have a cut red yellow wire that is no longer in the clip. I need to know where on the clip does the red/yellow wire go? Please help

In what general vicinity under the dash did this come from? There are A LOT of connectors under the dash. Also, what is it that you're working on/fixing? Would help to know info about the truck too. Year/AC, RCLB, DC/2WD, 4WD/Engine. Not exactly simple if we don't have some information.

It’s a 00 tundra 4.7 2wd access cab. and it’s in the interior but the steering wheel fuse box area. The whole dash is torn apart so not quite sure where in general it went. So that’s all I got

Almost looks like the trailering/tow controller harness? Does your truck have tow package, with the 7-pin towing adapter under the bumper? You know where to find the electrical wiring diagrams ("EWD"), right?

This is what I was thinking as well. I'm trying to find a wiring diagram to direct OP to.

I believe it’s the fog light switch on the dash next to the dimmer switch. I’m not sure but comparing plugs it fits. I just now need to know what pin it is?

If you have a pre-2002, and you didn't find anything plugged into the back of that blank, and that harness fits into the back of that blank, yep, that's probably what it is.

The EWD @ATBAV8 linked you up with would confirm. Search the EWD PDF for the word "fog" and I suspect you'll narrow it down.
