Just thought I’d throw this out there for anyone that has been up in the air on which UCA set to purchase.

Rock auto has the Bilstein B8 upper control arms for our trucks under $550.00.
From what I’ve gathered they’re going for around $700-750 on most sites.

I contacted Bilstein and was informed that the ball joints are proprietary, but made by Bilstein in the USA as well as the control arm itself.
The ball joints look to be about $65.00, so comparable to most. Also the control arms made from 4130 chromoly.

Hope this helps someone save a couple hundred bucks on made in USA components.

And wouldn’t ya know, the listing is gone as of this evening.
Maybe they’ll restock or it was a limited time/quantity.
They do, however, still show Bilstein 6112 sets for right under $600.00.

Dirt King actually makes them, so I doubt that Bilstein uses their own "proprietary ball joint". So they should be a Moog ball joint readily available. I actually have a set I bought from Rock Auto last year. The Dirt King ball joint caps fit just perfect, too.
