This is one of the reasons why amber fogs are so important; not to get into the whole rods and cones and how we perceive color debate... but there is a difference between old school halogen, bright AF white LEDs and a nice powerful amber fog light during heavy snow/fog


This is the reason the light of choice in poor visibilty areas use to be high pressure sodium... and why LEDs are fine in clear or ideal conditions, but they create a wash out when reflecting off of fog or snow

I often turn my lights off in the snow as well

I have had the yellow DD driving/fogs in my cart for almost a year now

my solution seems to be cheaper for now

as I haven't had to fork over the $500 for the lights.

Yeah, especially a larger battery like a 6.0ah or 8.0ah. I brought four 265/75/R16 tires from 15-20psi up to 40psi on a 5.0ah.
