You’re likely looking at minimum 4 week turnaround to get patches made after you get a design locked in. The design has to be pretty simple to work in a patch - two colors, maybe three - and price goes up for each color. Embroidery is cheaper than PVC, but likely looking at minimum order of 100 either way. No company will drop ship singles - someone will have to buy the whole order and handle individual orders and shipping.
At $15/ea, you might see $3/ea actually go to charity after the costs are covered, and that’s if everyone signed up bought 4 to hit a minimum order.
Not meaning to be a Scrooge, but I’d rather just donate straight up to a charity.

I may be able to help, turn around time may not hit though. I design stuff for my site and am working on some tshirt designs now, so I may be able to fit in a tundra thing... Either way, I have patch options. Let me know as a last resort
