Removing the dash panel below the steering column

    I'm running wiring from a new seat heater to the small fuse panel located forward of the driver's left knee. It would sure be nice if I could remove the large plastic panel down there.

    Anyone know of a tutorial or a video or whatever??

    There are screws behind the steering wheel.
    Turn it one way to expose and remove then turn it the other way..
    I had to pull it for my key ring light.

    Should just be a couple 10mm bolts on either side. Gotta pic of the exact piece you want to take off?

    I thought he meant the column.:eek2:

    I think you need to remove the driver's door threshold and kickplate to get access to the bolt on the left side..

    Ah hah! I had found the 10mm hex on the bottom right side, but not the one on the lower left, concealed behind the plastic trim.
