Yeah, that was my point. Jeter at least seemed a little bit more reasonable and sounded like he was trying to be a wise pundit despite the position they're in. But I admittedly have no love for A-Rod.

I don't know about the come back record. It seems to me that with the pitching rule changes the last couple of years that teams are scoring runs in "bulk" more often and the momentum changes more. That's just what I see ( in my feeble mind)

Verdugo seemed like he was down-playing the fan yanking the ball from Mookie's glove in a post-game interview after Game 4. Some karma there I think with the Mookie go ahead/winning sac fly and then the final strikeout on Verdugo to end the series. What a trade that turned out to be for the Dodgers to come full circle after they sent Verdugo to Boston (and a couple of other players) for Betts.

 

Same...his complaint was the bone spur in his big toe...so let's heal that up and see what you've got

 

I'm still in shock of those fans that basically assaulted Betts on that foul ball when they tried to rip his glove off his hand. Just insane. They could have injured him. I know they were kicked out and the MLB gave their next day tickets to a person (and family) who is suffering with cancer. But I hope those idiots are banned for life for that shit. Ridiculous!!
