I've searched and tried to find an answer to this, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Plenty of information as to how to turn the auto feature On and Off (when the PVM comes on at low speeds). My question is, is there a way to set the PVM to come on when the front sensors sense something close by? I rented a Grand Wagoneer on a recent trip and it had this feature and was quite useful. As soon as you got close to an object, the camera pulled up on the center display. Is that possible in the Tundra? I've got a 23 Limited.

Mine comes on when I get close to something in front of me. I don't recall having to turn anything on to make it happen. I do not use the auto feature as it's to distracting for me.

My 1794 has it as an option in the camera view section I believe, it comes on anytime the truck is at 10mph or lower, I really like the feature.

I can check where it is at exactly if needed in about an hour when I drive it.

I found that feature but find it too distracting to come on at every stop sign and red lights. I just want it to come on when I’m pulling into a tight spot or into the garage, etc.

Mine comes on when I pull up to parking poles, cars, brick walls etc. Although, I have parking sensors front and rear and the front starts beeping simultaneously with the front camera.

I would love to know how to turn this on for parking only instead of the 10 mph setting. It turning on at each stop sign is super annoying!

Do you have front park sensors?

Don’t you automatically have both if you have PVM? I have a lined with premium package, PVM, premium lights, sunroof, trd off road, couple other little things…is it a stand alone option to have the sensors or are they included in something else i already have?

Probably other ways to change it but if you're in drive, push the view button. Then on the bottom of the screen towards the right, you should see the Auto option.

My front or rear cams come on the moment sensor beeping starts. No setting for that I’m aware of.

Tint and wheels. Decked box in the bed. S and B Cold Air filters under the hood. Shiftpower throttle response controller.
Mine switches over to the front camera view and 360 degree on the right side of the screen when I am at 10mph or lower. It comes on automatically. Camera is always on when near something. 23 Tundra HV Limited

I have PVM set to automatic but want to only activate it from the park sensors. How do you do that?

Uncheck the "auto" box. That's it!

That setting on the IT settings screen is for the Speed Sensitive PVM (comes on below 7mph in Drive)

Done. Just wish the front screen would come on sooner with the front parking sensor activation. Our Mazda Cx-9 does a much better job of this.

With Carista you can adjust the sensitivity of it if I remember correctly.

My subscription ran out. Do you mind checking and letting us know if Carista has this function?

You can look it up on their website. It says something about remembering last selection as an option. Not really sure what that means....

Like DRPnsaid all the settings avail are in the site without login. Note/fyi - The PCS/collision adjustment is not just for the PVM on/off distance, it’s for the alarm and the auto braking (if turned on).

This means, for items that normally revert to default settings every time you turn on ignition it will stay where you set it. Some items you change are only changed until next ignition cycle, then they revert back. So with this checked, once you set it, it stays.
I do not have a list of the ones that revert.
