Not sure if these will help, but the fronts are 20%, rears are 5%, and without my knowing it, the back window got hit with double 5%.

I'm still waiting for it to cool down here. Possible 100 both days this weekend, but supposed to cool down to 80 ish next week. Hope to get them done then.

If I lived in a heat state, my garage would have AC in it, and a full water setup to wash them in.

One of the first things I did 24 years ago when we bought the house is cut a hole in the garage roof and install a cooler. Nowadays you can get a mini split but it would be impractical for me. Besides having to insulate the ceiling and install a new door, it's only a 2 car garage and I have to leave the door open when I'm working just to have room.

In the second trial they weren't allowed to use a defense of self defense against their abuser. I say, Let all the facts come to trial then let the jury decide. The first trial the jury was deadlocked due to all the facts being present. The second trial not all facts were allowed to be presented.

I did 20% on my fronts. Matches the factory back perfectly. If you like it darker I'd go 15 though.

I am also not a fan of heavy overhead work. risk/reward stuff

we do a lot of light weight shoulder work.
keeping that shoulder working makes for a much better life when you get older.

    not that anyone cares....

but my workouts are in a bit of a flux.

my son started his job (yeah!!!) and he is 8-5 for the near future.
he will have home/office hours soon, as he is a staff auditor.

so, we can do the morning weekend workouts...but, during the week is all balled up.

my hope is we can shift the workouts to 4:30am. before work.

man, I lift so much better when my brain has not been work whipped.

I'm not so sure the neighbors can sustain us working out at 4:30am.

speaking of working out....we listen to a lot of Metallica on our Pandora channel.

I have recently been asking myself...can I make it thru an ENTIRE Metallica concert?

the last heavy rock concert was many moons ago. RUSH God I miss Rush live.

Satriani/Vai was a bunch of old dudes sitting down.

Hmm. I like the standing overhead barbell press. But I keep it pretty light. 115 lb

    'zactly.

no need to overload that weak ass joint.

after our bench workouts, we do a shoulder circuit of:
    overhead DB press 35lb DBs*
    front plate raise 35lb plate
face pulls mini band attached to top of cage
    calf raises BW 20reps

    we do this 3 times.

*yes, that's light, but we just did speed bench, then heavy triceps, then heavy back.

It was only 2 years ago that I discover front window tint.

now I can't live without it.

The Model x's front window is like you are in a fish bowl. will have to do that one next.

my next workout "issue" will be:

I ordered a posterior chain developer from EliteFTS.

so, I will need to get rid of my Louis Simmons Reverse hyper & my glute-ham bench.

I would rather give them away to a person with a home gym.
but, that will be tough, as I don't like people all that much.

Never been a fan of heavy shoulder work unless it’s heavy db swings that are done post side lat raises. To me, shoulders are all about how much (good) pain you can tolerate. I tell people who think they’re strong on shoulders to grab 10’s and do six ways…good ego check.
PS- happy to share that with anyone here if ur looking to spice things up for shoulders

Do you guys follow, or have heard of, Dr. Mike Israetel? Body builder, strength coach, funny AF, but smart AF.

Anyway, a big take away I’ve had watching his vids, is being comfortable while weightlifting. If it’s uncomfortable, you’re probably doing it wrong.

After I separated my AC, I found discomfort with a lot of shoulder exercises that hadn’t caused problems in the past. So, I dropped the weight and changed my form, and it’s made all the difference.

I also followed Dr. Mike’s suggestion for bench press - I changed elbow location from a wide position to bringing them in slightly closer to my body (he suggests finding comfortable placement), feet on the bench to arch my back more (forcing weight on the upper back/shoulders), while at the same time bringing my shoulder blades closer together. It’s made a significant difference in reducing joint discomfort while also providing for a deeper pectoral stretch promoting hypertrophy.
