I have a 2007 5.7 tundra with the tow package, however when i press my tow haul button, nothing happens and the light doesn’t come on my instrument cluster. When my headlights are on the button lights up. Doesn’t engage, any help?

First thing to check is any related fuses, check both fuse boxes, one under driver dash and other under hood. Covers of the fuse boxes have a diagram for fuse layout.

I’d bet on a broken button assuming no CEL.

You going to need Techstream to diag it properly. You need to be able to look at the data stream and see if pushing the button has a result in the eng/trans module.

@Ruggybuggy - I’m assuming the tow haul button and traction control button are the same other than the picture on front? Could you unhook the traction control button and use it to test function of tow/haul mode?

300 hectares on single tank of kerosene
It might be engaging as far as the transmission, but the dash light is not coming on. Does it feel the same to drive?

I've never done that but if the pin outs are the same, sure. A quick check if the wiring diagram to confirm
