What is leaking here?

It’s coming from the front-right corner of that bracket that is circled. Video wasn’t uploading on mobile :/

I'll take a WAG and say it's the AC drain leaking condensation

 

That’d make sense - was first time running the AC for a long period of time today

 

That's exactly where it dribbles out on my DC

 

Easy test: touch that drip and rub it between your fingers. Any lubricity? Smell? What color is it on a white paper towel?

Don't taste it, but it does give you some more data than the above steps.

Funny story from this weekend. I was looking over my truck at lunch after running some trails @bmf4069 walks up and points out some wetness on the passenger caliper and inner wheel. "Is that brake fluid?" I rub the mystery fluid between my fingers. I smell, and I'm about to taste it when a lightbulb goes off "THIS IS DOG PISS!"

 

Is there a way to route this somewhere else? Not sure if having that drop on the frame is the best solution

 

this was a good tip! Clear on a paper towel and felt like water. If it walks like a duck…

It’s dripping literally on top of the sway bar mount and it’s a perfect spot for water to pool. I don’t have a pic now, but I used 3/8 copper down to below the frame rail



I had to go light the bbq….. here it is

 

Yes that is where the AC drains
Yes that is a dumb place to drain
Yes it drips onto the frame rail
Yes it makes the passenger side sway bar bushing wet and most likely helps it wear out quick, rubber wears fast when its wet.
Its the same way for everybody here, and these trucks are now 20 years old so.... If you wanna fix it, fix it, otherwise everybody else is just riding without worry.
