Chrome Driver side bumper cap

Looking for the lower driver side bumper cap in chrome because some asshole backed into me.
Wondering if anybody here has these laying around in your garage? I’ll pay for shipping.

Bystander left a note with assholes license plate, cops said there’s nothing they can do about it. Washington state

 

Not an expensive part so probably not worth going through insurance. Sort of sucks that the grille etc... needs to come off, to get that part off the truck. There have been some listed in the marketplace here so I am sure you can find one.

 

Why do the cops say they can't do anything if there was a note with a license plate? Did the person that witnessed it leave their contact info? At the very least the cops should question the registered owner, go look at the car, talk to the witness.

 

That was the key info left out, the witness did not leave a phone number.
AND MY DASHCAM RECORDED THE ENTIRE FUCKING DAY EXCEPT FOR 30MIN WHEN THE INCIDENT HAPPENED
