Has anyone replaced the hertz rear component speakers from JRT with a 2-way speaker and had issues with them working afterwards? I recently installed kicker 6 3/4 and after I wired the drivers side, I tested and it worked. Installed passenger side and now neither of the rear speakers work.

Did you unplug negative battery terminal before you started?

Fixed it by removing the harness with the inline crossover and reinstalling the factory tweeter connector.

After disconnecting the battery this time

The rear door speaker feed runs thru the tweeter before it gets to the woofer.
The tweeter has to be plugged in or the connection must be bypassed..
    Glad you figured it out.
