    Hi all.

Slowly making some headway on my search for an '18 Tundra . . . of course dealers are fixated on getting '17s off of their lots, so it's taking time to get a dealer to work with me on an '18.

That said, I'm still a bit undecided on Platinum or 1794. Definitely going Mag Grey . . . but thought to see what others think.

    So . . . Platinum or 1794?

    Thanks all

If I could do it again I would go platinum. Personally I don't like all the brown interior and a stain on those seats would be a pain in the ass.

    See fine print
I was on the same boat. I wanted the 1794 but didnt like all the chrome on the front end so ended up with a mag grey platinum. Very happy with my decision.

I thought there were too many different colors happening on the 1794. I like the brown but then there's grey head liner, door pillars and black dash and door panels. I ended up with a limited instead, I need a black interior and leather.

If you like the 1794 interior color then go for it. The Platinum interior colors are more my speed, and the grille looks nicer IMO.

Nothing compares to the 1794. The Platinum looks like a 5 year old designed the seats.

That's pretty much the only thing I don't like about the 3rd Gen Platinum interior, the diamond stitching on the dash and the seats. I could probably live with it on the seats, but I'd have to replace that padded part on the passenger side.
I couldn't afford new Platinum though, so I'm just :jellydance:.

Not a fan of all the chrome on the 1794 which is why I purchased a Platinum.
