What are some good alternatives the TRD Pro Lift, that don’t change the suspension geometry?

    One of the ideas I like about the TD Pro lift is that it tries to keep the suspension geometry in place. I don’t know much about lifts, but I’m assuming it does a good job at that.

    Unfortunately, this lift has been on stop sale for quite some time. I keep checking back with different dealers around my area and no one has any clue when it’s gonna be available again.

    I understand that if you have a warranty claim with your suspension and the dealer sees you’ve got an aftermarket lift, they can kind of push back on any warranty work.

    What are some good alternatives to the TRT lift in terms of maintaining suspension geometry, Quality, etc.?

    I’d love to put a lift on my truck, but I wanna make sure I’m kind of doing it right and the chance of having issues down the road as minimized

    I can’t help too much, but I can tell you what I’m doing- I’m grabbing the upper control arms and axles from the trd kit. Then doing dobinsons shocks and springs. I have rear air, and just did the afe arms and it lifted enough that I won’t do air bag puck lifts at this time. Planning like 2-3” lift total.

    The TRD lift kit is really the way to go. It sucks Toyota won't release these things so we can have aftermarket shops put the front shocks together. Or sell the kit with the shocks assembled. Toyota covered ALL the bases with this kit, they have everything included to make sure the geometry is right.

    King shocks, TRD UCAs, Hellwig rear bar, 295/60-20 tires on 20x9 Sparcos
    Anytime you change the front ride height you change the suspension geometry so there is no lift kit that doesn’t change geometry. I put King shocks on my Tundra that raised the front end 2” and there was not enough adjustment to get the alignment back to spec. Then I installed TRD upper control arms and was able to get it aligned to spec.

    I think the OEM Fox Tundra TRD Pro takeoffs are a pretty solid option. I came across a good deal on TRD Pro takeoffs on Facebook marketplace, so that's what I'll be installing on my Platinum.

    The better question would be to ask your self what is your goal for lifting your truck? Do you just want bigger tires?

    My goal is to have a better stance. Higher and more level. I already have the tires I want. 285/65 20 and they fit on stock suspension.

    Fit, yes. Rub, probably. I would suggest a 1.5" leveling kit from Fabtech. I run 285/65 20's on the stock TRD wheels, RC bedmat, X4s tonneau and of course the Fabtech leveling kit. All that math, mathed and it comes out level for me. Looks mean too.

    Of course, opinions are like assholes but that's my 2 cents.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
    The lift that will impact not only suspension the least but also minimize the increase in center of gravity is a Body Lift (the heaviest 3 things stay in the same place). I think folks should look at body lifts first then if not satisfied move onto suspension lifts and start messing with that geometry. Luck deciding.

    Actually, I’m running these tires now no rub. Your truck looks good. Mean. I assume the ride quality is good with that setup. I forgot to mention, one of my other goals is to have good ride quality.

    This is the exact look I'm going for! Beautiful truck and thank you for posting. Do you happen to know the overall height of the truck? I'm worried about clearance in parking deck when we head into the city. My 2007 was 6'9" with the 2.5 Rough Country and 34" Nittos.
