I purchased a 2024 Tundra a couple of months ago. Brought it in for service today because of mis-aligned passenger doors. Dealer told me there is no adjustment and they are made from the factory this way! Service writer showed me a new Tundra on the sales floor with the same flaw. I looked at a whole row of new Tundras outside and yes, same problem. They all look like the rear passenger door is too low. Seems to me this is a manufacturing problem and should be recalled!
Has anyone had experience with these doors?
    Thanks

having trouble telling which way your truck is facing and is this passenger or driver side? Driver side of mine appears ok. On the rear passenger door it's slightly lower but not as much as yours appears to be if i'm looking at it right.

What the dealer is telling you is BS. The doors are bolted on, not permanently welded on. They can be adjusted, its just hard to do. Take it to a dealer's body shop and ask them if they can fix it under warranty.

Pulled the truck out of the garage and checked again. Mine are not like that.

    Thanks,
I do find it hard to believe they can adjust these doors! I’ll escalate this issue!

The front passenger door was making a clicking/popping noise. Told the dealership about it at my last service (when they over torqued the skid plate after oil change) and they fixed it

I have this issue on my '24 Limited TRD that i just picked up last week. Right rear passenger door sits just a bit lower than the others. Will be taking this in and seeing what they say

Body shop can definitely adjust that.

I adjusted my 2012 in my garage by watching you tube videos. Unless you have gull wing doors, doors all bolt on the same. I get it that it’s under warranty and not your problem, but understand it is fixable regardless what that bozo mechanic told you.

Hopefully it’s a simple adjustment. I’ll be checking mine later.
