    Morning Tim.

    I have been changing a few things around with sleep. Ever since I retired my sleep patterns have been very poor. Now I have been trying a new diet and vitamin path.

    Magnesium before bed, all other vitamins in the morning. I have also not been eating after ~5 pm. The eating at 7-7:30 pm due to our busy lives has taken a toll.

    I try and not eat until after 8am after saying good morning to you all. This would be hard to do for a working man though. Getting up at 0400 is not easy.
