None - New, Just a Bed Liner and Tonneau Cover

This is my second Tundra. Had my first of 7-yrs - Thought I should Trade it because the Lifters were going. I had 327k on the odometer.

The one I have now has been good - brakes were done ove this past year. No immediate issues. But now, when I step on the Brakes I get a intermitente clanging noise. Dealer professes that he needs to hear the sound so he can pin poite issue. I was told that recording the noise until I gave videos with the sound expressing that the Nosie is coming from the left side of the vehicle in front of the Firewall.

We bled the Brake Lines - I was told that I should start by changing the Booster on the Master Cyc - $2000.00 later sorry pale - I told you that if it didn't work I can't be responsible if it don't work and then retune your money.

I have had the Left side brakes checked - I have used a Penetrating Oil to help clean what may be caught between the pads - It seemed to have stop the noise and give me a full brake - but then goes back to it;s new old ways.

Has anyone had this issue? Is there a Service Bulletin on this one?

Appreciate any feed-back. Thank you gblase

You used penetrating oil on the pads? Say what.

What kind of pads are you running. Oem? Aftermarket?

Pulling to one side, fading, any other brake related symptoms? How intermittent? Every time you brake? Pads wearing evenly?

Why are you using penetrating oil to clean your brake pads?

Dude never made it back. Probably from spraying penetrating oil on his brakes

Must’ve used as much penetrating oil as a mechanic who’s got access to unlimited amounts of brake cleaner. Lol
