    I have a few friends in law enforcement. They always hate that sentiment with the public. And honestly I'm not sure why. We just paid a tax increase to fund a new department headquarters in my town so it's not like it far from the truth.

    Had my post op follow-up with the surgeon today.

    He said mobility is going really well for me

    Strength will continue to increase over time. At the 12 week mark, he says it’ll be as healed as it can get and then I can go balls to the wall again.

    Avoid cable flys - or any heavy cable movements. I told him what I’ve been doing and he’s fine with it as long as it doesn’t stress my shoulder and I continue to listen to it

    I can sleep on it- as long as it doesn’t bug me
