Rockville is trash, sorry man. Was it the cheapest one out there?

You’re better off using some type of glue or 3M tape. That’s what I did when I had my 4Runner and gonna do when I install my rear camera on my Tundra.

I tried the bracket method and was a waste on money IMO.

Added Pro flares and Predator steps. Wheels and tires on order should be here this week. I went with Method 305 17s in machine to kind of match the paint.

I couldn't disagree with this more than I do. That mount is super solid if installed correctly. Way cleaner of an install than glue or tape, only place would be onto the headliner, not a chance.

Must've failed on the install. I've had mine for about 2 years now. 110° summers and tape I used has held fine, no issues whatsoever.

You own one and aren't sure?

I assume you're referring to either cab size (Double/DC or Crew/CC) or box length? (5.5 or 6.5 or 8ft.)
If so, the answer would be whichever of those suits your needs the best.
If not one of those, more explanation needed.

I'm thinking maybe you posted to the wrong thread?

Finally got my tires after installing a leveling kit a couple of weeks ago. Found a deal on some Cooper Discoverer 285/65/20’s. Got these for $350 each, $1500 otd at Discount Tire. Love the look of these. Pretty smooth as well. No rubbing at all

The pics don't really do justice to how it changed the ride height and feel inside the truck. Made a huge difference. I'd considered going with a bigger lift, but the cost was crazy. I think the shop I talked to wanted around 900 or so for the labor. So, this will have to do for now. :)

Thanks! That looks great and the tires fill the wheel well perfectly. I’ve been doing some research on various lifts like this. I also can’t see myself forking over lots of dough when I’m not off-roading. Any rub with these tires? The website says you can go up to an 305!

Appreciate you going out to snap more pics.

Absolutely no rubbing. The guy did say I could have perhaps gone a touch bigger, but not much, and I didn't really want to trim anything. I think I'd looked at some of the 305's but since I have the 20" rims there weren't really as many options it seemed. In the end I was just trying to get as close to a 35 as I could. I think these are like 34.56 or something. I might add a 1" spacer down the road to give it a little poke.

That second charge puck is a great idea. I find that the factory one is finnicky in how the phone is placed, and it does little to charge my phone. Will have to think about doing the same. Thanks for the idea!

And here I am in my LR looking to take the black letters off. Haven't done it yet as it depends on the day whether I like them or not.

    Lots of stuff!
I have a black Tundra and I put silver letters on the tailgate. I de-chromed the handle and the bumper inserts on my limited so all black with the silver letters gives it some contrast.

Do you know if that is the 8" or 10" version. Looking to do something similar. The 10" will fit under the seat no problem, but I like the behind option. My cardboard mockup doesn't quite fit behind the seat... but that is my mockup. Curious what really fits.
I'm also curious if it gets hot there.

10”. Don’t think it gets hot. I think this is the easiest option to get full sound without modifying the truck.
